​Jill has served as a high school counselor for 25 years and currently works as the College and Career Counselor for Howard County Public Schools.  Jill prioritizes empowering students to recognize their unique talents and realize their fullest potential. She's had the privilege of working with a diverse group of students, which has honed a deep understanding of how to personalize services to best meet individual needs.  Driven by a passion for helping students discover more about themselves, identify their interests, and craft postsecondary plans that align with their aspirations, Jill is  committed to guiding each student towards a fulfilling future. ​Her experience is varied and abundant including working individually and in groups with students, creating and leading postsecondary workshops, providing financial aid support, athletic recruiting guidance, supporting college essay writing and more.​​
